FRINGE BENEFITS LOCAL ARTIST OF THE WEEK
VENTS
After gaining a heavy buzz and reputation as one of the most intense Aussie rappers, making appearances on Certified Wise affiliates Hilltop Hoods and Funkoars records; Vents came out swinging on his debut album Hard To Kill. The 2007 album received heavy rotation on Triple J, instantly becoming an Aussie hip hop classic. Getting busy all over the country, Vents joined the heavyweight division shutting down live shows everywhere including the Big Day Out and taking a break to cheese for front-page of The Advertiser. All in a days work. Currently in the studio recording his sophomore album, with Trials and Suffa back on board, it's going to be a massive one. Stay tuned!
